Set your schedule by defining your hours available on weekdays and weekends. Formilla will automatically mark you "Offline" from chat outside of your hours of availability.
When you're unavailable from chat, the live chat widget automatically converts into an offline chat widget, requiring at least the email address of the website visitor when they initiate a conversation.
