Allows you to make Test Orders without having to turn other Payment Modules on and off.

How it works:

1. If the Module is an installed and is an active Payment Module in your store it will show "Test Order" as a Payment Option if and ONLY if the Sales First Name is: Test and the Sales Last Name is: Order.
2. The Module will NOT show any Payment Option from the Module if the Sales First Name is NOT: Test and the Sales Last Name is NOT: Order
